2919 Como Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414, USA

    Tim Harding piece, "Swimmers"

Internationally known artist Tim Harding makes large-scale textiles out of colorful Chinese silks and other vibrant materials. Harding layers, cuts, and assembles the fabrics to create the illusion that the flat work is actually three-dimensional. His creations are mesmerizing; the imagery can change as you look from different angles at his works of art.

You can find Harding’s work around the world in museums and private collections and even in an Abu Dhabi luxury hotel. Learn more about this renowned textile artist at his website.

Tim will talk about his work and give us a tour. His studio is large enough for 50 people to attend. The cost to members is $20.

His studio is located at 2919 Como Ave. SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414, phone 612-345-5542.

If you want to join the tour, send a $20 check made out to MCQ and mailed to Peggy Wright, 1438 Stanford Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105, or bring it to MCQ’s January meeting.
